2. Kartal Otomotiv was established in the year 1980’s to produce automotive and machine parts for domestic market. In the year 1993 Kartal Otomotiv became a limited corporation as Kartal Otomotiv Sanayi Ticaret Limited Sirketi. Kartal Otomotiv Ltd. Sti. started production on its own modern building in 1998. Kartal Otomotiv had both ISO9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949:2002 audit from RWTÜV on April 2004. HISTORY

3. In the year 2005 Kartal Otomotiv was in negotiation with a French automotive supplier, FCMP, to make a joint venture in Turkey. FCMP is a group of companies located in France and USA. And its specialties are especially on Screw Machining, Plastic Injection, Magnesium Injection and Sub-Assemblies. HISTORY

4. And both companies are agreed to establish a new company at the begining of 2006. The main goals of this joint venture are to make more efficient and effective productions and to find new customers in main automotive market. Kartal Otomotiv has joined to Group FCMP Industries by establishing a joint stock company, named, KFI KARTAL FCMP OTOMOTIV SAN. TİC.A.Ş. HISTORY
