1. This template is the same as the 5-Tab Template except there is no title strip. Directions: Slide 2: Print on white or colored paper. Hot dog fold along solid line and then cut along the 5 lines to create tabs. Slides 3-4: Text may be entered into the “Cause” boxes on Slide 3 and the “Effect” boxes on Slide 4. Print blank boxes to have students write their own text. To change the “Cause” and “Effect” WordArt, right-click on the WordArt and select Edit Text from the drop-down menu that appears. Optional: Click on the WordArt and delete. Type text in the boxes or leave blank for students to fill in. Print slides on white paper. Glue appropriate boxes to flaps and underneath corresponding flaps. Text boxes have the text anchor point “Middle Centered” so text will appear centered in the box. To change these settings, right-click on the box, choose Format Text Box, click the Text Box tab and select a different setting.
