All rights reserved. 3 Terminology  Community Membership – Refers to those members who hold a Chapter membership only.  Industry Membership – Refers to those members who hold a GBTA membership only.  Chapter – An official GBTA organization who has signed the Chapter Charter Agreement. Chapters participate in GBTA All Access.  Affiliate – A GBTA organization who has signed the Affiliate Agreement. Affiliate organizations do not participate in All Access.  Chapter Network – Refers to all 25 Chapters who have signed the Chapter Charter.  Chapter Affiliate Network – Refers to all 25 Chapters and 14 Affiliates.  All Access Membership – A new membership type which includes an Industry and Community Membership.

8 Information Flow Chapter Website Star Chapter Technology Platform Database.com GBTA Platform Platform links to Joint member database which stores all Chapter and GBTA membership information and supplies centralized reports. Platform provides each chapter: Membership Events Website Management Services Chapters will receive GBTA member information for recruitment purposes.

12 Expiration Dates The expiration date of the membership which is soonest will become your new expiration date. At each renewal, the member will purchase a new 12-month membership, which is added to the unused portion of any existing membership. For example, if your Industry membership expires on 10/1/15 and your Community membership expires on 12/1/15, your GBTA All Access Membership renewal date will be 10/1/15. When the GBTA All Access Membership renewal is purchased, the member will have an additional 12-months added to each component, so the new expiration date for the Industry portion will be 10/1/16 and for the Community portion it will be 12/1/16. Members will never lose any unused membership time, and fees will not need to be prorated to account for different expiration dates for each component. 12

Current Industry members who are up for renewal will not be able to renew as a GBTA All Access member and should renew their Industry membership and Community membership separately.

20 FAQ’s Q: How will my Chapter receive payment for the $150 per member fee? A: GBTA will send a batch payment along with a report showing the new members for your Chapter every 60 days. Q: How can I see new members in StarChapter? A: Use the Member Manager to sort by Membership Type. Q: Can I belong to more than one Community? A: Yes. Additional Community memberships can be purchased separately by visiting the Community website. Q: Will I have access to member rosters of other Communities if I join All Access? A: You will have access to the GBTA Member Directory which lists all Industry and All Access Members. You must be a member of the specific Chapter for whom you wish to view their directory. Q: Can I hold an All Access Membership without Joining GBTA? A: No. The purpose of GBTA All Access is to provide members the option of purchasing both a Community and Industry membership. © 2015 GBTA. All rights reserved. 20

21 FAQ’s cont. Q: Will I have to manually send a username and password from StarChapter? A: No. A username and password will automatically be sent by the end of the next business day. Q: How are All Access renewals handled? A: Chapters should continue to manage renewals for all members. To maintain All Access membership, the member will purchase an Industry membership on the GBTA website. In Phase 2, GBTA will offer an All Access renewal process. © 2015 GBTA.
