CDC Implementation – Review  EPLC represents industry best practice  CDC projects should already be following the “intent” of the EPLC  Focus in on the “project” and not the paper, forms or tools  Project management improvement will be incremental over time  Project size, risk, and complexity will determine the appropriate application of rigor and use of documentation
