Eligibility Criteria Student participation Commitment Form -Signed and submitted to counselor during open enrollment Continuously reside within CUSD boundaries and continuously enrolled in and graduated from a CUSD high school Cumulative GPA of 3.4 of higher Cumulative 95% school attendance or higher Participates in 100 hours or more of supervised community service activities AFTER enrolling in ICS -Form provided by ICS All eligibility criteria will be verified at the end of the third quarter of your senior year
