15. C Program English Testing Although testing is only one part of the learning process, it is a valuable tools to quantify development and levels of basic skill learning. The ITBS Tests (Iowa Test for Basic Skills) Standard Tests (ITBS tests annually) 参加美国统一的 ITBS 考试 Our 1 st graders scores; June 2007 matched the level of 2 nd Term 2 nd graders in US schools. 一年级期末学生成绩相当于美国二年级的学生。
