II Corinthians 3:17 Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.

I Thessalonians 5:14-19 And we urge you, brothers, warn those who are idle, encourage the timid, help the weak, be patient with everyone. Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always try to be kind to each other and to everyone else. Be joyful always; pray continually; give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. Do Not Put Out The Spirit’s Fire.

Negatory! But Is This Failure?
11
Luke 22: 31,32 Simon, Simon, Satan has asked to sift you as wheat. But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail. And when you turn back, strengthen your brothers. God allows Satan to tempt us only within certain limits and by His permission. Jesus prays that the faith of his people do not fail. He will always make a way of escape. I Cor. 10:13

David Anderson Failure is the hallmark of success. Without failure there would be no great successes.

Anne Beiler All of us have experienced professional or personal failures in our lives. They are stepping stones rather than stop signs. It will help you face your failures with faith and steer you away from dwelling on the facts that caused the failure.
14
Dave Dravecky The key to overcoming---doesn’t lie in changing your circumstances. It is in changing yourself.

Real Success-John Maxwell Relationships-The greatest skill needed for success is the ability to get along with other people. Equipping-Those closest to you determine the level of your success. If your dreams are great, you achieve them with a team. Attitude-People’s attitudes determine how they approach life day to day. Your attitude, more than your aptitude, will determine your altitude. Leadership-If you want to be effective as a leader you need to increase your leadership skills.
16
Most People Fear failure. Misunderstand failure. Are unprepared for failure.
18
J. Wallace Hamilton People are training for success when they should be training for failure. Failure is far more common than success; poverty is more prevalent than wealth; and disappointment more normal than arrival.

What Is Your Next Step?

Genesis 15:3,4 And Abram said, “You have given me no children so a servant in my household will be my heir,” Then the word of the Lord came to him: This man will not be your heir, but a son from your own body will be your heir. He was talking about Eliezer. Chapter 16- He goes into Hagar and births Ishmael. Chapter 17- The Lord appeared to him and tells him he will establish his covenant and he will be the father of many nations. He was 99.

Acts 26:9-18 I too was convinced that I ought to do all that was possible to oppose the name of Jesus of Nazareth. And that is what I did in Jerusalem. I put saints in prison and when they were put to death, I cast my vote against them. Vs 17 I am sending you to them to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me.

The Light Shatters The Darkness

Luke 22:33,34 But he replied, “Lord, I am ready to go with you to prison and death.” Jesus answered, ”I tell you, Peter, before the rooster crows today, you will deny three times that you know me.”

Philippians 3:12 Not that I have already obtained all of this, or have already been made perfect, but I press on to take hold of that for which Christ took hold of me.
