8. Tips Classify modules every semester in the Graduation Academic Planning System so that you are able to track your progress. Participate in the Module Preference Exercise to have your major modules pre- allocated to you where possible especially the language module. Module Preference ExerciseModule Preference Exercise Students on LPP need not select language during MPE. Students intending to go on exchange should be aware of the MC Exchange Ratio of the Partner University. MC Exchange RatioMC Exchange Ratio Students can exercise the S/U option on their language. Do note that those pursuing a minor which requires language would have to be careful about exercising the S/U option.  Know which subjects (PS, HY, GE, NM or etc.) are more prominent in your Theme or Region and use the Faculty Exposure Requirement to fulfill the exposure modules. In this way you don’t have to worry about fulfilling the exposure requirement for higher level modules.  Higher level language modules are not offered every semester. Please check the CLS website for details.  Please bear in mind that GL4101 is the pre-requisite for GL4102 and these modules are offered once every year consecutively in Sem 1 and Sem 2.
