When Is One a New Creature?

To Be A New Creature One Must Be Born again (John 3:5) Walk in New Life (Rom. 6:4) Be in Christ (2 Cor. 5:17) Free from Sin and Servant of God (Rom. 6:22) Have Put On Christ (Gal. 3:27). How? Born of Water and Spirit (Acts 2:38) Raised from Baptism (Rom. 6:4) Baptized into Christ (Rom. 6:3-5) Obey form of Doctrine, then freed (Rom. 6:17, 18; 1-5) Put on Christ in Baptism (Gal. 3:27). Can One Be a Child of God Without All Of These Things? NO! (John 3:5; 1 Pet. 4:17) Therefore, baptism is essential to being a new Creature!

Can One Be a New Creature Without The new birth? New life? Being in Christ? Being free from sin and becoming a servant of God? Putting on Christ? The answer to all of these questions is NO! Yet God places all of these things in correspondence with our faith and obedience in Baptism Col. 2:12

Conclusion The only conclusions we can make are… That the baptism, along with faith in the gospel, repentance and confession, is essential to one being a new creature. That the baptism, along with faith in the gospel, repentance and confession, is essential to one being a new creature. That baptism without faith in Christ is not scriptural baptism (infant baptism, wrong faith). That baptism without faith in Christ is not scriptural baptism (infant baptism, wrong faith). That since baptism resembles our entrance into a new life, we must walk as if new creatures by putting away our old sins (not once saved always saved).
