What it’s All About The teachers are trying to keep us in shape and in the physical fitness zone. The plan is to get into the as good as shape possible Are teachers do a good job showing us how and what to do to stay healthy

Warming Up We warm up by jogging a little around the gym. We do this to get our bones into the right mode to exercise.

Heart Rate Then we check our heart rate and compare it to our resting heart rate to see if we are in shape.

Exercises Push Ups Were supposed to do at least 10 to be in the zone. It helps your arms Sit Ups We do 10 to start off every gym class. They help your abs. Pull Ups We do Pull Ups to get stronger They help the Upper Body muscles. Stretches We do stretches for the joints and it helps us to be more flexible.
