You provide availability of tires, identify and prevent shortage or overstock situations. Scope Supply Chain Coordinator: Coordination of supply chain processes to assigned OEMs in line with customer requirements and Goodyear's process guidelines and strategy. Customer Centric Supply Chain: First point of contact for customer inquiries regarding customer demands, product availability, delivery flow and supply chain related complaints. One Team: Strong collaboration with OE sales and other functional areas to deliver operational excellence according to the one team philosophy. Be aware of the wider business environment. One Goodyear Way: Follow defined standards and guidelines and propose improvements in line with S&OP Class A mindset. Duties & Responsabilities Daily order management: Reconciling incoming orders and start corrective actions, if necessary. Inform customer within defined timeframe if demand cannot be fulfilled. Organize shipments to OEMs. Inventory tracking: Secure replenishment process to OE warehouses (consignment stock close to OE plant) to secure final lag just-in-time supply to respective OEMs. Collaborative Planning: Contribute to collaborative planning with OEMs in order to improve Forecast Accuracy and order fulfillment rate. Continuous Improvement: Improve services and processes to meet and exceed internal requirements and customers' expectations. Build Talents and Teams: Continuously develop individual skills according to development plan. Contribute to best practice transfer and improvement of overall supply chain performance. Support team members. Contribute to projects. To join our team you will need: Education: High school diploma or Bachelor (Business School or similar) is a minimum Master’s Degree in Supply-Chain, Logistics or Operations is an asset Languages: Fluency in English, Dutch and/or German is a must, any other languages will be considered as asset Experience: Working experience in supply chain is desired. For candidates from university at least respective internship is expected. Ability and interest to work in international / multicultural environment Experience in order management and demand planning will be assets. IT, soft skills & others: PC literacy (SAP / MS Office, in particular Excel) / Knowledge of SAP MM is an advantage Excellent communication and coordination skills / Team player Analytical skills / Problem solving focused High level of service and customer orientation Ability to do in depth analysis and work rapidly with high precision Be stress resistant Are you looking for an opportunity to join a company that has a long history and an exciting future?
