Where are we going for Spring Break? Orange Beach, Alabama Depart from RP April 4 th Return to RP early April 12 th 1,000 miles from home

Windward Pointe Condo We have two 3 bedroom condos In Central Orange Beach Less than 5 minutes from softball complex

Practice Facility Less than 5 minutes from Condo…. Beautifully maintained Equipped with electricity, bathrooms etc.

Itinerary Daily Practices/Scrimmages 8am-12:30pm Afternoons on the beach 1-4 (chaperoned) Nightly team functions/meetings 4-9 Small shops Outlet mall Miniature golf Team meetings/team building activities Etc.. *Please note: These are approximate times

Approximate Expenses for trip Condos-$2,500 Food- $1,250 Vans/Gas$2,000 Incidentals $ 250 Total $6,000 ( $500 * 12 players)

Cost Outlined Per Player $500 per player Cost includes the following: Price of condo Field rental fee 2-3 dinners out 3-4 dinners in Rental of vehicle(s) Gas for vehicle(s) Trailer to haul equipment Team activities Player/Parent Guidelines for Payment: Have $150 in player account by February 1 st Have $300 in player account by March 1 st Have $400 in player account by March 15 th Have $500 in player account by April 1 st
