Lists are now available across projects, but previously they were project specific. Because of this, each one of your controlled lists has been individually converted. For example, if you were using a Faculty requestor controlled list in three of your projects, you’ll see 3 different faculty requestor lists in Shared Shelf. 1.2 A video tutorial is available on Shared Shelf Help to show you how to consolidate your migrated controlled lists. http://support.sharedshelf.org/?article=training-videosShared Shelf Help http://support.sharedshelf.org/?article=training-videos User permissions The default setting for the 1.2 release allows all project admins to add terms to all the controlled lists used at your institution. This can be changed within the Shared Shelf Administrative Tools. Shared Shelf institutional administrators will see all lists.
