Communicate, Collaborate & Create! The three C’s for having a big impact in YOUR library community: Communicate: Become known in your community both inside and outside of the library. Collaborate: Form partnerships with other institutions, organizations, and individuals who want to make a difference. Create: Once you have made connections and aligned your ideas, you can create programs that meet the needs of the communities that YOU serve.
