11. Printer sharing Wireless Network Printer is plugged into a wireless router Each computer connects to the printer through a secure wireless network 3 types of network printers are used: HP 1022n HP 1505n Brother 5370 ALL SITES

12. Getting returns to your ERO ?? If preparing returns on flash drive, your ERO will keep the flash drive If using AARP computer, transfer of backup files using Flash Drive is recommended E-mailing backup files is allowed This can be useful if ERO is absent from site Must attach 2 backup files to email

13. Protect Taxpayer Data Be very careful not to lose flash drive (Training flash drives contained no real taxpayer data) Loss of flash drive is treated same as loss of computer Must be reported to Gary Blauth immediately AARP has to notify every taxpayer whose data may have been on that device If practical, local coordinator or ERO should retain flash drives between sessions
