3. Morrison Creek Construction Along Union Pacific Railroad  Contract will be advertised for bids on July 22, 2011.  SAFCA is working with UPRR to obtain real estate.  Construction will not start until May 1, 2012 due to Endangered Species Act compliance.

4. BUILDING STRONG ® Post Authorization Change Report (PACR)  Floodplain determination work is on-going.  Reviewing County General Plan with County staff to determine future hydrology.  PACR is scheduled to complete in July 2014.
