History of Jan Kriel School
1925: Jan Kriel, at age 16, died from epilepsy 1937: Jan’s parents, with the help of the church, started an institute to care for children with epilepsy Jan Kriel Rev Kriel Mrs Kriel 1944: From caring to educating: a formal school was begun 1985: The school also included learners with other special education needs
