2. School hours and days
The Children go to school for 9 hours a day , an hour more than what their parents spend at work.
In Southern China students go to school 5 days a week from 7 am to 6 pm .
In Northern China kids go to school 7 days a week from 6 am to 5pm .
Chinese students get 2 hour lunch breaks .
More than 45% of students spend up to 4 hours a week in after school math's lessons .

3. subjects
In a typical Chinese primary school students usually learn ; the Chinese language , literature , math’s , English , moral education , art , music , P.E and history.

4. Education in china
Chinese pupils are at the top of the international education rankings.
Education in China is a government system of education run by the Minister of education.

5. Homework
Typically Chinese students get similar amounts of homework to us.
In July 2013 China’s education agency issued a ban on written homework for year 1 and year 2 during summer break .

6. Cultural
Chinese schools provide all students with uniforms but do not insist they are worn .
Every Monday morning every Chinese Primary school has a national flag raising ceremony .
