4  Survey distribution was led by individual branches  Survey yielded a 10% rate of response  277 of 3598 surveyed - responded they would not return  There are many reasons for not returning – but ‘Abuse of Officials’ ranked very low on the scale (slides 16 and 17)  94% of officials rated there experience with Hockey Canada as positive (satisfactory and above)  80% Excellent and Above Average Hockey Canada Officiating Program - Retention Survey Executive Summary
