Absolutely true! Sanctification by HS, not Law Biggest fault for Covenantalists: OT promises re: Messiah's 1st coming were literal (Ps.22, Is.35), but 2nd coming and Kingdom promises were figuratively fulfilled(border promises of Gen.15:18 and Temple described in Ez.40ff) NT Examples of Allegorical Interpretation (1Co.10) are self-justified.
