3 Why paraphrase before I read? OK-- you are seasoned readers: Elie Wiesel, Charles Dickens, # 4 CATS reading in Kentucky. Paraphrasing is a reading strategy that will prepare us not only for Nathaniel Hawthorne, but other material as well.
