Example: I prefer to drink orange juice (general likes or dislikes, what we want)
I WOULD PREFER, WOULD RATHER
Example: Would you prefer orange juice or white coffee?

3. Difference in Form PREFER and WOULD PREFER
S + prefer/ would prefer + to inf/ gerund/ noun

WOULD RATHER

4. Example PREFER AND WOULD PREFER
