Regulation (EU) No 1089/2010 The data has to be conformant to IR 1089/2010 according to the following deadlines; 21-Oct-2015 Newly collected and extensively restructured Annex II and III spatial data sets available 23-Nov-2017 Other Annex I spatial data sets available in accordance with IRs for Annex I 21-Oct-2020 Other Annex II and III spatial data sets available in accordance with IRs for Annex II and III 3

Amending Regulation (EU) No 1089/2010, article 14a Not later than 10 December 2015, Member States shall provide the Invocable spatial data services metadata in conformity with the requirements set out in Annex V, i.e. a few extra metadata elements has to be added, such as category, resource locator, specification 4

Amending Regulation (EU) No 1089/2010, article 14b The Invocable spatial data services relating to the data contained in at least one conformant spatial data set shall fulfil the interoperability requirements set out in Annexes V and VI and, where practicable, the harmonisation requirements set-out in Annex VII 10-12- 2016 Invocable spatial data services corresponding to newly collected and extensively restructured spatial data sets, will be conformant to requirements for interoperable and harmonised services (see annex V-VII) 10-12- 2021 Invocable spatial data services still in use, will be conformant to requirements for interoperable and harmonised services (see annex V-VII) 5 This deadlines are taken from an e-mail conversation.
