Document list Updated risk assessments – General – DSEAR Testing certificates for new equipment – Pipework pressure / leak tests, weld X-rays – Certificates of conformity, material certificates – Calibration certificates Technical files for pressure equipment – PD5500 calculations – Drawings and descriptions – Relevant certificates as above Updated operating procedures, P&ID and zone drawing

Prerequisite testing Leak and pressure testing of all relevant systems Ventilation system commissioned Vacuum / purge systems commissioned Successful automated sequence runs with helium – Helium fill sequence (warm) – Vent sequence – Purge sequence What won’t be tested – Liquid level sensor – Hydrogen fill sequence (helium comes from a different valve, so needs a separate sequence) – Operation in a magnetic field
