3 Disease #2 - Cholera Cholera is caused by drinking water contaminated with bacteria. It occurs in areas where the infrastructure is bad (dirty water supply).

8 Disease #3 - Malaria Malaria is a disease caused by MOSQUITOES who carry parasites. 90% of malaira deaths are in Africa. No vaccine exists that will prevent malaria. It is widespread in tropical climates especially in Africa. Each year there are 300-500 million cases of Malaria.

11 African Diseases Assignment You’re a doctor for the International Organization called Doctors Without Borders. The US government wants you to create a brochure about each of the three African diseases. Each brochure will explain the causes, solutions, and reasons why it is difficult to solve.
