2. 2 Goal A large number of participants are equipped with the knowledge on the basics and consequences of ICT acquired from the course.

3. 3 Objective To impart the knowledge gained from the group training course in Application of the Information Communications Technology for the Production and Dissemination of Official Statistics to a wider range of statistical staff in Zanzibar.

4. 4 Action Plan - First Phase Presentation of what I have learnt to; –weekly management meeting –Staff of Statistical Services Section more emphasis to IT Unit. Thorough report will be produced and distributed among staff

8. 8 Outcome All units will be able to develop data entry system and process data themselves They will use the system to produce quality report

9. 9 Impact Quality of statistics will be enhanced and terms of: –Accuracy –Consistency –Reliability –Timeliness –Etc.

10. 10 Feedback to SIAP The feedback to SIAP will be given on the second week of August This will be only the feed back report if the plan is feasible or not
