3. Purpose of the project  The City of Stockholm wants to join the world- wide movement to open source solutions.  Will save SEK 15,000,000 – 48,000,000 each year.  Will no longer be dependant on Microsoft.

4. Project Aim  Migration from MS Office to StarOffice in the administration of the City of Stockholm:  Maintaining the same functionality  Minimizing the cost  Minimizing the risk
