Vibrant Family Mission We offer seniors a recreational community dedicated to providing physical, social, and emotional support to enhance their sense of wellbeing.

Organization Statement ●Vibrant Family Senior Center is a 501(c) 3 organization. We rely on funding support from individuals, corporations and foundations to cover the difference between monies we receive from dues, fees & grants versus the full cost of services we provide.

Organization Goals ●The goal of Vibrant Senior Family Center is to apply our knowledge and resources to empower members to create an environment that promotes medical, physical, social, and spiritual/emotional health with one another. ●Develop a mentoring program for new volunteers. ●Maintain Vibrant Senior Family Center as an inviting destination for our elder population. ●Sustained population growth to develop various support networks.

Job Descriptions President/CEO- The president for Vibrant Senior Family Center is responsible for providing strategic leadership and working with board members and management to establish long-term goals, plans, strategies, and policies. -Salary: $60K, $8,000 Benefits -Board Members: Volunteer (members of VFSC) Activities Coordinator -Organize activities -Set up volunteer opportunities -Part-Time position (20hrs a week according to activities schedule) -Paid position with performanced based raises annually Volunteers -Activity dependant -10 committed volunteers needed per quarter (screening process) - Recruit volunteers from local Colleges and High School’s

Job Descriptions Technical Support: Technical support staff members will provide technical/network problem resolution to Center members and staff members by performing a diagnosis while guiding users through step-by-step solutions. -Tech support: 1 individual, volunteer position/intern for assistance -Tasks: resolve username/password problems - software updates - Troubleshooting assistance Professional Services: -Dietary/nutrition -Therapy services -Physician services: outside volunteers that provide monthly clinics, or follow-ups if needed -Social Worker -Housekeeping services: out-of-house -Transportation services: volunteers

Job Descriptions Finance: The responsibilities of the Finance officer is to maintain fiscal responsibility for the organization. -Strategic Planning -Risk vs Profitability -Maintain budget -Billing and Receiving -Collaborate with CEO and PPT Human Resources: Human Resources will consist of three full-time, energetic, people with a passion for hiring quality employees. The positions are responsible for hiring and training employees to provide for an exciting and safe, family oriented environment. Vibrant Senior Family Center is looking for passionate and caring employees. Health Services: Monthly clinics to assess the health quality of all members -Free clinics once a month -Will be staffed by volunteer physicians and NP/PA’s -Nursing students from local colleges -Clinics will includes free wellness checks and vaccines

Marketing Plan 2 Targets: ① Donors/Sponsors Fundraisers –Contact top donors first –Walks/runs, bingo nights, dinners, etc –Whitecaps, Griffins sponsorships –Public Relations- TV, news, radio Medical clinics and volunteer opportunities –Local colleges, businesses, and medical offices Churches- Dual purposes: –Give presentations and leave flyers in back –Gain members and get on collection schedule
