PROFESSIONAL TRAINING WORKSHOP Overall Aim & Objective of the Course Aim of this short course is to enhance/ improve working knowledge of office staff with particular reference to initiating/ processing the files and management of offices. This course will help employees to perform their job more efficiently and effectively.

PROFESSIONAL TRAINING WORKSHOP Intended Learning Outcomes Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be able to: Exercise modes of official communication Handle office correspondence Employ noting and drafting Utilize teamwork Apply time management Manage Meetings Maintain good filing and record keeping Follow regulations regarding file/ office confidentiality.
