Up to $20,000 on down payment assistance available to homebuyers with below 80% AMI First mortgage rate can be bought down with tax credit second loan. the revised HOME down payment assistance program will be limited to 3.5% of the first loan amount once these funds are used. Tax credit second mortgage down payment assistance loan has been extended, need signed purchase agreement as of April 30, and close by June 30.
