Ch. 8 sect 3 Federalists- people who supported the constitution Antifederalists- people who did not support the ratification of the constitution Bill of rights- added to the constitution to keep the AntiFederalsits happy about the protection of individuals rights Amending the Constitution- 1 st way 2/3rds vote by both the House and the Senate and then a 2/3rds vote by the states, or 2 nd a special convention of the states where 3/4ths vote for the change
