Participants are required to develop a manual on the procedures for planning, organizing, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating the project. The project consists of the written document and oral presentation.

Plan and conduct a project to benefit a community service or charity. Evaluate the community service project’s effectiveness in meeting the stated goals.
