3. 3 Benefits of e-Enablement “Information technology (IT) is an important tool for improving service delivery. For example, IT can be used to: make services more accessible, reduce the cost of accessing services, streamline administrative processes and improve turnaround times, and strengthen accountability and responsiveness.”

4. 4 Responsible PS Institutions & Their Roles 1.The MTSF Outcome 12, Sub-outcome 4, Action number 6 request that at least five services be prioritized and be e- Enabled by 2019 2.The MTSF also tasked the MPSA to lead this in collaboration with the MTPS and SITA, in the delivery of the e-Enabled five prioritized services.
