JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (1) Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of commercial, industrial, or residential properties. Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance, major repairs, and remodeling or construction projects for commercial or residential properties. Direct collection of monthly assessments, rental fees, and deposits and payment of insurance premiums, mortgage, taxes, and incurred operating expenses Inspect grounds, facilities, and equipment routinely to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance. Act as liaisons between on-site managers or tenants and owners. Meet with prospective tenants to show properties, explain terms of occupancy, and provide information about local areas. Market vacant space to prospective tenants through leasing agents, advertising, or other methods Prepare detailed budgets and financial reports for properties. Maintain records of sales, rental or usage activity, special permits issued, maintenance and operating costs, or property availability. Direct and coordinate the activities of staff and contract personnel and evaluate their performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (2) Plan, direct, or coordinate, usually through subordinate supervisory personnel, activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of structures, facilities, and systems. Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Includes managers in specialized construction fields, such as carpentry or plumbing. WHY DO I WANT THESE JOBS? Because I am good at it and like working with my hands as well as meeting new people. I do need constant challenges in my daily activities and this position matches with my personality, education, skills and years of experience. I am dependable, like to arrive on time and help to develop whatever that needs to develop to make betterments. I like to compete and to win by showing hard work ethics, honesty in a fast space environment. I like to do what I said I would do… I always finish what I started.
