3. NQT support as expressed in a hypothetical case study - Sunnyside Sunnyside acts as a hub for local NQT support. It hosts/organises meetings of NQT induction tutors. Its own outstanding departments support NQTs from other schools. It hosts an annual conference for NQTs in core subjects to continue to develop subject knowledge and pedagogy. It wishes to develop subject-focused NQT support with its university strategic partner. It plans an NQT support system in which its alliance of schools share subject support.
