E-thesis submission form E-thesis Submission Form completed by student and supervisor – Information required for indexing thesis in CORA Contact information Keywords Funder – Deposit Licence Warranties – Embargo Request (Optional) Restrict access to full thesis or part of thesis where you might be seeking publication or commercialization

How to submit an e-thesis Within the next 6 months… Electronic submission via the CORA interface All PhD students will complete a web form in place of an e-thesis submission form and library deposit form All PhD students will submit their abstract through CORA rather than on CD/DVD/Memory Stick Students participating in e-thesis pilot project can upload e-thesis Hard bound thesis submitted to Graduate Studies Office
