7 The Work of Collaborative Teams Number Off 1 and 2 Take Your “Do Now” Card with You 1s Form a Large Circle 2s Find a “1” for a partner (form an “inner circle”) Partner 1 – Share your success and listen to the success of your partner Partner 2 – Share your challenge and listen to the challenge of your partner Partner 3 – Share your idea and listen to the idea of your partner Turn in your cards and return to your seat.

8 Collaborative Team Implementation of the Agreements Goal: Create a guide for collaborative teams and a “look for” document for administrators. EQ: How do we ensure the fidelity of our collaborative teams? Objective: Generate as many ideas as possible that would indicate an “effective” team. Next Steps: Use the document with your own team on October 2 nd.
