3. Payne Center Line Up Students will be seated in the Payne Center in the exact way you will be seated in the Coliseum. After you check in, proceed to the Gym Floor and find your row number. Your row number is located on the top right corner of your seating card.

4. Processional from Payne Center Just prior to the ceremony, staff will line students up along the wall in two lines so that you are paired up with another graduate. Make sure to stay with your pair the entire processional. Students will exit the Payne Center in two lines through the EXIT DOOR shown on the next slide. Stay in PAIRS to ensure proper seating placement in the coliseum Walk to WEST tunnel (ramp) entrance of Reed Green Coliseum Students will process in PAIRS down the West tunnel onto the coliseum floor, down the left side of the floor seating to the back of the student section, walk up the center aisle toward the stage to the directed row, split to the left and right (West and East), go to the end of the row filling in each seat, and sit immediately to ensure seating for all students.

6. Awarding Degrees Students will exit the row to the right with the NAME CARD visible. Enter the stage ramp from the speaker’s left. Exit the stage right Stop for a picture. Return to the row from the left.
