2  4 ounces of self raising flour  4 ounces of sugar  4 ounces of butter  2 eggs  Mixing bowl  Scales  Oven  Cooling rack  whisk

3  Collect ingredients

4  Weigh out ingredients on the scales

5  Add into mixing bowl and mix until smooth

6  Bake at gas mark 5( 190 degrees celcius)

7  Place cakes on cooling rack  Mix 4 ounces of icing sugar with some water. The mixture should be thick, but if too thick add more water, and if too runny add more sugar. Then add your favourite colour food dye.

8  Add icing to cupcakes and add sprinkles if you want
