INGREDIENTS You need: flour, icing sugar, salt, milk, jam, yeast, butter

STEP BY STEP Put yeast and sugar into the warm milk. Make leaven.

MIX flour, butter and sugar in a bowl.

Add leaven into the bowl with ingredients.

Make dough and wait to leavening in warm.

Roll about 3cm thick plate from leaven dough.

Carve small wheels Of dough.

Distribute wheels on greased baking tin.

Spread egg with milk on wheels.

Let cool the baked scones on the grid and then slice them.

Fill up the scones with jam.

Recipe was easy to translate and ingredients were normally available in shops. Preparation was also easy and funny.
