1 Chocolate Cupcakes

2 What you need: 4½ dl flour 1 dl cocoa 2ts baking powder ½ teaspoon salt 200 g butter 3 cup sugar 2 eggs 2 dl milk 30 g Coconut 150 g ODENSE White Chocolate, chopped 100g ODENSE Chocolate 55%, chopped frosting ½ dl whipping cream ½ dl coconut milk

3 Mix the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Melt the butter over low heat, take it off the heat and whip sugar and eggs fluffy. Cream butter and milk to the egg mixture, add coconut, and visibility at last the flour mixture in. Mix everything together with chopped chocolate.

5 Divide the mass in greased muffin approximately 1/3 full which again put in a muffin tin aluminum if you have this. Bake muffins at 180C for 17-20 minutes, until they are thoroughly fried. Cool on a rack within the doctored.

6 Topping: Stir together cream cheese, vanilla sugar and softened butter. Add icing sugar little by little until you get a firm fit topping. Share gladly cheese topping in various bowls and stir in colors so you get a nice color range of the cakes. Butter or spray topping on muffins
