Manifest for housing in the 21 ste century that the qualities that people look for “in the country” would be present in the city as well that every house would have a big garden that all gardens would be orientated towards the south that there would be resting places, little squares, copses and playgrounds in between the houses that all houses would be big that those houses would be open structures, which can be decorated and finished by the residents themselves that people would be able to shape the identity and aura of their houses that the houses wouls offer protection against the cold northern winds because of their solid outer walls that all houses would be equipped with durable solar panels, heat pumps, greenhouses, rainwater collectors that all the roofs of all the houses would form a landscape of terraces and roof gardens that all houses have nice vieuws to the area and the sea
