Instructions for Entering Continuing Educational Hours (CEHs) over the Web 1. On RCI website homepage click on “Member Login”.

3. Enter your logon name and password – Click “Log On” If you have not logged on before, enter through the “Create a new account” link to register a user name and password. Be sure not to create a duplicate record. Instructions for Entering Continuing Educational Hours (CEHs) over the Web

2. When the “Welcome” screen appears, click on “My Accont” in the upper right-hand corner to sign in.

4) The welcome page will show your ID and name on the right- hand side. Click on “My Account” on the left-hand side under the RCI logo.

6) “My CEHs” allows you to run a report to see CEH activity for the number of years you entered. Your RCI ID will show automatically. You must enter the number of years that you would like the report to show. Click “Filter” to see the report. Report shows the date the program was taken, program title, and the hours earned. You may down load the report to either Excel, Word or as a PDF by clicking on the icons on the right hand side.

Instructions for Entering Continuing Educational Hours (CEHs) over the Web 7) “View CEHs” – Allows you to see a summary of your hours earned by year and those CEHs that are applied to the past year’s requirement, if necessary, or forwarded to the following year when the requirement has been met.

8) “Click the “Add CEH Activity” to enter new CEHs. Then Click “Insert” – the new CEH credits have been added to your record. Continuing Educational Hours earned through RCI for region meetings and educational programs will be recorded automatically and will not require further entry for credit. However, information must be entered, as indicated above, for RCI chapter programs as well as the RCI online learning programs and those involving multiple sessions (annual convention and building envelope symposium).
