PURPOSES A benchmarking exercise at the end of the Primary Cycle Performance data used to inform pupils, parents & schools about the achievement of each learner EAU, Directorate for Quality and Standards in Education15 December, 2015

NATIONAL DATA A total of 91 schools participated (all 62 State schools, 22 Church schools and 7 Independent schools) 93% of all Year 6 students sat the 2015 End of Primary Benchmark 487 students benefitted from one or more access arrangements and 80 were exempted from all three subjects 15 December, 2015EAU, Directorate for Quality and Standards in Education

ADDITIONAL (FROM 2015) 15 December, 2015EAU, Directorate for Quality and Standards in Education Mental Mathematics Warmer: Extra question at the beginning of test, not awarded marks. Aimed at helping students to focus on the speaker’s voice and familiarise themselves with the test Written Mathematics W orking space was introduced in questions that require working.
