Option 2 Limitation of the impact of Energy, CO2, NOx, PM and NMHC is to be realised by making it a part of the decision procedure where the impact is included as award criteria in the conditions of the procurement procedure. Option 3 Limitation of the impact of Energy, CO2, NOx, PM and NMHC is to be realised by monetising the impact as set out in Article 5 in g/km (fuel consumption/km) and consecutively used for the purchasing decision. * EU Letter A6-0291/2008
