Horizon’s Graded Approach to QA Horizon as Intelligent Customer at the head of the supply chain has ultimate responsibility for quality Horizon must prioritise its oversight and quality controls in areas of most significant impact on nuclear safety Conversely, work of low risk will receive minimal levels of oversight and control Risks other than nuclear safety need to be considered in the graded approach

Up to 8,500 jobs during construction and over 1,000 jobs once operational Only 2,600 people currently employed in construction industry on Anglesey (8.8%) 5,000 people currently employed in construction in Gwynedd, and 4,000 in Conwy In 2013, 6,065 adults were studying construction based courses across North Wales 32.9% of working age population on Anglesey qualified from Level 4 and above 11% of working age population on Anglesey have no formal qualifications
