1 TIME Web-based timekeeping application. Electronic timesheets are created, modified and approved. Currently in use by about 2,800 employees representing almost 60 departments at IUB and IUPUI. System only supports Hourly employees.

5 Implementation All users of the current system will switch over to use the new version starting September 29th. Let current population of users use the system for 2 pay periods. Begin to bring biweekly employees for current Departments on. Begin to bring on new Departments.

6 What kind of setup is involved? Create work areas (group employees by supervisor for approval and reporting purposes). Setup Supervisors/Payroll Processors. Establish business rules. Create TIME assignments using the Maintain TIME Assignment e-doc (1 per employee record).

7 Support & Training Classroom training is provided for Supervisors & Payroll Processors. A user manual and employee quick start guide are available. Feedback & Problem reporting will change to be handled through “Falcon.”
