2. Team Information Meeting Welcome! - Introductions Registration along with a current physical must be complete on Oswego.8to18.org before you can practice. Athletic User Fee: $75 to OHS or OEHS athletic department DUE NOV. 24 Gym Set-up will be Tuesday November 3 th from 4:00pm – 6:00pm (everyone needed)

3. General Information Season Officially Begins: November 9 OEHS gymnasts will be picked up at Door 41 BE READY between 2:35-2:45 to be shuttled over to OHS each school day (except on early dismissal and non-attendance days) All gymnasts must drive home or be picked-up from Door 21 after practice and meets – Athletes are NOT allowed back to any lockers during practice times or after meets.

5. Team Fees …this is separate from school athletic user fees Team fees will cover the cost of team apparel, flowers for tournaments, supplies, banquet items, and small additional needs as they arise. ▫ Seniors - $60.00 ▫ Fr/So/Jr - $75.00 Due by November 11 Fees payable to “Sarah Dugan – Oswego Gymnastics” (will not get team uniform or apparel until turned in)

6. Rules/Responsibilities and Communication Gymnasts will be receiving the Rules and Responsibilities handbook during the first day of practice. These will be explained and a contract must be signed by gymnasts and parents after reviewed together at home. Gymnasts will not continue practice or compete until contract is signed and returned. 10. Eligibility Coaches receive weekly reports Must be passing 5 classes Can still practice (with parent, athlete, coaches discretion), but CANNOT compete 4 consecutive weeks = dismissal from team Holiday report is for 3 weeks
