Different staffing configurations for ECC to reduce Overtime problems Coordinate patrolling activities with community policing opportunities Introducing K-9 teams to visitors and staff for community policing opportunity Ramp up for new fingerprinting work load increase of 3 x previous workload Focused distribution of daily intelligence reports
