2   Israelis began immigrating to the United States soon after Israel's independence in 1948. During the 1950s and early 1960s, over 300,000 Israelis immigrated to the United States.  Jews came to the United States in 1939-1945 the most during World War II. Why did they come?

3   Until the 1830s the Jewish community of Charleston, South Carolina was the most numerous in North America. With the large scale immigration of Jews from Germany in the 19th century, they established themselves in many small towns and cities. A much larger immigration of Eastern European Jews, 1880–1914, brought a large, poor, traditional element to New York City Where did they settled in the USA?

4   It was much better because in Israel nazzi were looking for jews to kill them in concentration camps this was happening in WW2. What was life like in the US for them?

5   Jews have a music style that is called Klezmer. When Jews came to the United States, Klezmer was combined with African American music and made jazz and blues. How did they affect American music?

6   Bagels are known to be American, you can find them in any store or restaurant in the United States. The legend tells that a Jewish baker made the bagel to thank the king for protecting the people from Turkish invaders. They became so popular, and when they came to the U.S. Americans accepted them. How did they affect American Food?

7   Hebrew is one of the roots of English. How did they affect the English language?

8   The three most important influenced holidays are Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur and Hanukkah. This changed American culture by making Americans joining the synagogue. Because marriages or change of beliefs. How did it affect the American holidays?

9   During War World II 90% of the Jews went to the U.S. so now there is a lot of Jews in the U.S.  If they hadn't come we wouldn't have Facebook. Mark Zuckerberg is a Jew. Jews in the U.S. now?
